Jeffrey Herlings - The 2012 FIM MX2 World Champion | 10 Sep
FAENZA (Italy), 9 September 2012 – Jeffrey Herlings obtained his maiden FIM MX2 World Title in Faenza, Italy, after winning the Grand Prix of Europe and having still one MXGP left in the calendar. The young rider from Geldrop put his name in the history of the sport, but also in the records of his country, as the last time a Dutch rider won a World Title was back in 1993 with Pedro Tragter.

KTM obtains MX1 and MX2 World Titles in Faenza | 09 Sep
FAENZA (Italy), 9 September 2012 – The Italian crowd did not let anybody down and they packed the whole track of Faenza to witness how both MX1 and MX2 World Titles were decided. Antonio Cairoli could already celebrate his sixth world Title after race one whereas Jeffrey Herlings did it after the second race.

Sebastian Pourcel and Jeffrey Herlings on pole in Faenza | 08 Sep
FAENZA (Italy), 8 September 2012 – The Grand Prix of Europe started today in Faenza and Sebastian Pourcel gave the big surprise to everybody by winning the qualifying race, while Jeffrey Herlings dominated the MX2 class. Mel Pocock could not win the first race of the EMX250 class, but he obtained enough points to be proclaimed the 2012 UEM EMX250 champion. In the EMX125 it was Italian Simone Furlotti who won the race and he will be fighting for the overall victory tomorrow.
