FUNCHAL (Portugal), 17 October 2012 – Since Youthstream's foundation, Youthstream has been present at the Sportel, the International Sports Convention for Television and New Media in Monaco, every year with a stand with the objective to present the Championships managed and promoted by Youthstream to international television and media groups present at the convention. The world's best television broadcasters like Aljazeera, BBC, ESPN, Eurosport, Eurovision, Globo TV, NBC, Rai, as well as the major International Sporting Federations can be found at the Sportel.

Meetings during the first two days were going extremely well and broadcaster's interests in the new Youthstream HD production and latest special effects (drone helicopter and the cable cam) were high. Special interest was shown towards the FIM Motocross of Nations, the Motocross Festival at Matterley Basin, the overseas FIM Motocross Grand Prix events and the new live production for Snowcross. Youthstream's goal is to significantly increase the television and Internet exposure of the Championships run by Youthstream through the negotiations done by Youthstream Media's CEO, Mr. Didier Henriod, and Youthstream TV General Manager, Mrs Charlotte Apparu.

Many sporting personalities visited the Youthstream stand like Mr. Paul Belamy, Managing Director of IMG Motorsports Speedway Grand Prix, or Mr. Olivier Godallier, FIM Marketing Director.
